Getting your photos taken doesn’t have to be that awkward and uncomfortable experience we sometimes associate it with. Some of my best work came out when I had a strong CONNECTION with my couples. My main focus and hope is for you to feel relaxed and to have fun - And laugh, Yes to laughs! It’s important that you are being yourselves in front of my camera, that you are having a damn good time and to TRUST me.

Wether it’s your wedding, elopement or engagement, it can be stressful and nerve racking to plan it all. We’re in this together and I’d like for you to be stress free on your big day. Vendor recommendations, location suggestions or help with crafting the timeline - we’ll figure it out together and I’ll utilize the valuable connections and experience I’ve cultivated over the years - you’ll be in good hands! YOUR EXPERIENCE MATTERS TO ME!! I have photographed hundreds of people of all ages, backgrounds and cultures in so many different situations and locations. I’ve learned and have grown so much over the years in adapting to challenging lighting, unpredictable weather conditions and so many varying location settings. Understanding the people in front of me has been the best investment I’ve done for my photography. I approach every wedding keeping in mind how meaningful it is for you, treating it like I am doing it for an important friend - And always honored to be part of it.

What’s my style
If you are looking for a photographer that will place you perfectly in front of the sunset, tell you when to force a smile, when to turn to the left or right while perfectly kissing your other half at a right angle - or if you’re looking for the cheapest deal around here, I might not be the person you’re looking for, and that’s totally fine. But I will give you enough guidance and direction until you feel comfortable and natural.
Do you want to have a ‘regular’ photoshoot or break traditions and do it your own way? Creating together something that is not just “pretty” but represents YOU, your personalities, your hobbies and your silliest laughs - creating photos that capture and bring back all the chills and great feelings experienced that day for many years from now. Yes, many years.
Being in front of the camera can be very hard, chances are you’ve never done it before and you know it’s not for you. What if you can get comfortable, feel relaxed and be as laid back as possible during the shoot? The photos you end up taking away might really feel like you, I’m sure that’s what you want! I’ll be there when you need me, but out of your way when you don’t.
I want to create and work with people that understand and value the power and beauty of photography and want their love and all the real moments to be documented in an honest way.
Whatever the stage or moment you’re in, or wherever your adventures may take you - it deserves to be documented, because at the end of the day, the small things matter and all we have is each other.
Frequently asked questions
How do we book you?
After you have a general idea about your event's location, the date and you feel like we are a good fit- you fill the form from the contact page. I send you a detailed brochure with more information on prices and packages, we hop on a phone call if you still have questions, I send you a contract, you read it, sign it and send a 30% retainer. I hold your date after I recive the retainer. After that we start working together to make your day excacly the way you want it.
How many hours do we need?
Depends on your type of wedding. For small weddings, the typical go to is 8 hours, so we can cover the getting ready part all the way to the dance party. For elopements average booking is 2-4 hours for the ceremony and portraits and 4-6 hours for more exploring and adventure. If you feel stuck reach out and we can decide together what's in your best intrest.
What if we need to reschedule/cancel?
The retainer is legally non-refundable. But if we can come up with a new date that works for the both of us the same retainer will apply to hold the new date if it's in the same wedding season.
What if you can't make it to my wedding?
This would only happen if it's out of my control (illness, death, act of God etc.). In this case I would do my best to find a replacement photograper that fits the same budget and has similar style.
What is the payment process?
The retainer is 30%. The ramaining of 70% is due 30 days before the event day. For other types of shoots 2 weeks before the shoot date.
do you offer discounts?
No. The prices are based on experience, value and hard work. If I offer discounts one of the three would be diminieshed.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! For the remaining balance we can split it in 3 payments and I'm open to work with your schedule.
How many images do I get?
This depends on the package and hours captured. But I promise nothing is left out and all the good images will be part of the final selection. I will add different angles, b&w, and framing. The gallery will tell a story from start to finish and it will contain plenty of detailed shots about the day, place, location etc.
what is your turnaround time?
Tipically, a session takes up to 2 weeks and a wedding/ elopement up to 3 weeks. But this will depend on the time of the season, holidays and my work travel schedule. You will get sneak peaks within the first week and I will communicate with you about any delays.
Can we order an album or prints?
Yes! Part of your online gallery is an online store where you can order any type of prints, albums, calendars, frames etc. All from professional labs that I highly recommend for their quality.
Do you travel? Where are you based?
I am based on Martha's Vineyard, MA, USA. My second home is Romania. YES, traveling is my favorite thing, name a place and I'll be there for a shoot!
What are your travel rates?
My travel rates depends on the area and are based on travel from MA or Romania (depends on the season). This includes flights, car rental and accommodation. I based this on economic rates. All travel expenses are included in your final package.
